THE 2012 ASSESSMENT YEAR GRIEVANCE PERIOD is May 1, 2012 through May 22, 2012

Each year New York State has set aside a formal Grievance Period which is May 1st through the fourth (4th) Tuesday of May and this year it is May 1-22, 2012. If you wish to file a grievance, you may do so during this very specific time period.
