The property in question is: 5 Jeffrey Place,  Monsey, New York, located on the east side of Jeffrey Place, approximately 179 feet north from the intersection of Maple Avenue, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 56.08-3-37 in an R-15C zone
