NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, that pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 o'clock P.M. (prevailing Time) at the Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901, on the 24th day of October, 2018 to consider the amendment of a Special Permit previously granted to Highview Hills, LLC for an Active Adult Housing Development consisting of 88 dwelling units located on the north side of Highview Road, approximately 700 feet east of Spook Rock Road, which is designated on the Town of Ramapo tax map as Sections 49.17-2-65,66 and 67.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
