NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality
Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Byron-Hill Homebuilders NJ,
LLC, 42 Vanderburg Road, Marlboro, NJ 07746, of a drawing entitled Main Way Subdivision, consisting of a
cluster subdivision with 10 buildable lots and 2 open space lots, on 26.24 acres. The property in question is located
1 Beaver Pond Road on the South side of Sterling Mine Road, approximately 500 feet West of Old Cranberry
Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 38.15-1-4 in an R-80 zone.
Application of Avrom Weiss, 6 Horizon Court, Monsey, NY 10952, for Final Site Plan Approval, with respect to
a drawing entitled 2 Hopal Lane, Congregation Beth Rochel of Monsey, consisting of a Local House of Worship
with a Rabbi Residence, on 0.24 acres. The property in question is located at 2 Hopal Lane on the North side of
Hopal Lane at the intersection of Blauvelt Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as
Section 56.07-4-38 in an R-15C zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality
Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Sector Site, LLC/T-Mobile
Northeast, LLC, PO Box 118, Convent Station, NJ 07961, of a drawing entitled Public Utility Wireless
Communications Services Facility, consisting of a Public Utility Wireless Communications Services Facility
(Cell Phone Tower), on 2.287 acres. The property in question is located at 274 Old Nyack Turnpike on the North
side of Old Nyack Turnpike at the intersection of Noyes Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax
Map as Section 57.18-2-92 in a PO zone.
