NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Special Permit and Site Plan Approval with respect to an application of Merkaz Hatalmud, 349 Pennington Ave, Passaic, NJ 07055, of a drawing entitled Merkaz Hatalmud, consisting of yeshiva and a dormitory with a driveway and parking, on 2.14 acres. The property in question is located at 294-296 Spook Rock Road on the East side of Spook Rock Road. Approximately 180 feet North of Stemmer Lane, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.05-1-14, 15 in an R-25 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Monsey Developers & Builders Inc, 13 Vincent Road, #201, Spring Valley NY, 10977, of a drawing entitled Park Street Subdivision, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a three family dwelling with two accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.36 acres. The property in question is located at 8 Park Street on the south side of Park Street, approximately 230 feet east side of Twin Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.17-2-31in an R-15C zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of 22-24 Decatur LLC, 61 S. The property in question is located at 86 Highview Road on the North side of Highview Road, at the intersection Pine Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.17-2-56 in an R-35 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Final Subdivision Approval with respect to an application of Monsey Development Group, LLC, 13 Hayes Court, Unit 101, Monroe, NY 10950, of a drawing entitled 4 Hopal Lane Subdivision, consisting of a three lot subdivision with lot 1 remaining an existing single family dwelling; lot 2 having a three family with three accessory apartments and lot 3 will have a three family dwelling, on 1.16 acres. Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Special Permit & Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of United Talmudical Academy of Monsey, Inc, 415 Viola Road, Spring Valley, NY 10977, of a drawing entitled UTA, consisting of an addition to a school, on 5.66 acres. The property in question is located at 415 Viola Road on the South side of Viola Road, approximately 517 feet, West of Kakiat Court, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.12-2-52.12 in an R-25 zone.
