PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF RAMAPO, NEW YORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, State of New York, at a regular Town Board Meeting thereof, held on June 23, 2021, duly adopted, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
Resolution to sell the Real Property located at 11 College Road, Monsey, New York and identified on the Town of Ramapo Tax Map as 56.09-1-4.2 (the “Property”) to Northern Metropolitan Foundation for Healthcare, Inc. and Fountainview at College Road, Inc. in the amount of Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000.00) subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract of Sale executed by the Parties to said Contract.
This Resolution and sale of the Property is subject to a Permissive Referendum pursuant to Town Law, Section 90.
