NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday November 28, 2017, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Morris Grunfeld, 8 Horton Drive, Monsey, NY 10952, of a drawing entitled 9 Northbrook Road, consisting of a three lot subdivision with a two family dwelling on each lot, on 1.4504 acres. The property in question is located on the West Side of Northbrook road, approximately 100 feet South of Sherman Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.15-4-61 in an R-15 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat and Final Subdivision Approval with respect to an application of Simon Koth, PO Box 185 Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Sapphire II, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a three family dwelling with one accessory apartment on each lot, on 0.27 acres. The property in question is located on the West Side of North Cole Ave, approximately 350 feet South of First Street, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 57.05-1-57.1, 57.2 in an R-15C zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and Sketch Plat Approval, with respect to an application of Ervin Bernfeld, 19 Homestead Lane, Monsey, New York, of a drawing entitled 43-45 Old Nyack Turnpike, consisting of a five lot subdivision with a two family dwelling on each lot, on 1.7 acres. The property in question is located on the south side of Old Nyack Turnpike, approximately 50 feet south of Caville Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.20-3-56 and 56.20-3-57 in an R-15A zone.
