NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday November 14, 2017, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:

Application of Congregation Khal Bais Usher, 66 Highview Road, Monsey, New York, for Final Site Plan Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled Congregation Khal Bais Usher, consisting of a proposed local house of worship with rabbi’s residence, on 0.6 acres. The property in question is located on the north side of Highview Road, approximately 150 feet west of College Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.06-1-14 in an R-25 zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Approval with respect to an application of High Mountain Maintenance 120, Torne Valley Road, of a drawing entitled High Mountain Maintenance LLC, consisting use of the building as a refuse collection with outside storage of dumpsters and outside parking, on 5 acres. The property in question is located on the East side of Torne Valley Road approximately 1600 feet South of Torne Brook Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 47.07-1-3 in an R-40 zone. 

Application of Twenty Cedar Lane LLC, 37 Calvert Drive, Monsey NY 10952, for Revised Final Subdivision Approval, with            respect to a drawing entitled Galandauer Subdivision, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a three family dwelling with two accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.45acres. The property in question is located on the North side of Cedar Lane, approximately 600 feet East of Crown Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 49.19-6-5.1 and 49.19-6-5.2 in an R-15C zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Revised Final Subdivision Approval with respect to an application of Yehuda Weissmandl, 21 N. Madison Ave, Spring Valley, NY 10977, of a drawing entitled Nesher Development, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a three family semi-attached dwelling with three accessory apartment on each lot, on 0.25 acres. The property in question is located on the North Side of Nesher Court, approximately 500 feet South of Central Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.12-3-6.1, 6.2 in an R-15C zone.
