FEIS; the Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the Northeast Ramapo Development Plan and Comprehensive Plan Update of Town-wide Existing Conditions and Code Amendments for Northeast Ramapo (pursuant to Town Law §272-a); and Proposed Zoning Amendments(pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law)
