  1. Application of Thomas and Bertha Klein, 5 Ida Road, Monsey, New York, 10952for Final SubdivisionApproval of a proposed subdivision plan entitled “29-33 Vincent Road”, showing a three-lot subdivision of a 0.77-acre parcel of land. Each proposed lot would have asemi-attached three family dwelling plus three accessory apartmentsproposed on each of the resulting lots. The property in question is located at 29 & 33 Vincent Road, Spring Valley, New York 10977 on the North side of Vincent Road and approximately 0 feet North of Suzanne Placeand is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 50.17-1-1 and 50.17-1-2in an R-15C zone. On July 30, 2019, the Planning Board classified the proposed action as anType 1 SEQRA action, determined that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required, and issued a SEQRA negative declaration.
