Public Hearing - improvements to the Waverly Place sewer collection system - March 22, 2021 @ 7:00 PM via Zoom
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, New York, will meet on March 22, 2021, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., Prevailing Time, via Zoom, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of Sewer District No. 5 consisting of the construction of improvements to the Waverly Place sewer collection system in said Town, at a maximum estimated cost of $6,825,000 to be paid from $900,000 available sewer funds and up to $5,925,000 bonds (to be reduced by grant funds).
At said public hearing the Town Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.
Procedures for joining the public hearing by Zoom will be timely posted on the Town website at www.ramapo.org.
