Notice of Permisssive Referendum
PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF RAMAPO, NEW YORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, State of New York, at a regular Town Board Meeting thereof, held on May 13, 2020, duly adopted, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
Resolution to sell the Real Property located along Lafayette Avenue, Suffern, New York and identified as Village of Suffern Tax Parcels 51.21-1-1; 855.21-1-1.1 and 855.21-1-1.2 (the “Property”) to Suffern Equity Real Estate, LLC in the amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract of Sale executed by the Parties to said Contract.
This Resolution and sale of the Property is subject to a Permissive Referendum pursuant to Town Law, Section 90.
