Cancellation of Public Hearing Date - Partial Building Permits
WHEREAS, the Town Board previously at a Town Board Meeting on May 22, 2019 by Resolution No. 2019-320 determined to conduct a Public Hearing on the issue of amending the Town Code to allow for the issuance of Partial Building Permits, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has subsequently considered this matter and determined to cancel this Public Hearing, as the Town Board awaits further information, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to so cancel the Public Hearing scheduled for June 26, 2019 at 7:00 PM.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo that the aforesaid Public Hearing scheduled for June 26, 2019 at 7:00 PM is hereby canceled and any further conduct of a Public Hearing will be scheduled with all lawful notice provided pursuant to all applicable law.
