The Personnel Department is responsible for administering and coordinating employee benefits and ensuring that the Town of Ramapo is in compliance with all Rockland County and New York State Civil Service rules and regulations. In addition, this department implements all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws affecting employment, compensation and labor relation performance standards.
