Membership Registration 2006

Policies

• Memberships are ONLY issued to residents having the Town of Ramapo as their legal domicile.

• ALL NEW 2006 memberships will be issued in person only, each person registering for a membership MUST be present.

• ALL RENEWING memberships for Ramapo Swim & Tennis Facility, tennis and pool id cards may be renewed by mail using the enclosed form.

• GOLF MEMBERSHIPS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IN PERSON.

 

Golf Membership Guidelines

Proof of Residency

At the time of application you MUST supply a valid NYS Driver’s license with

your current address and one of the following with the same current address:

• Past month’s utility bill (O & R, Water, must be in your own name)

• Past year Town of Ramapo tax bill

• Past month’s residential phone bill

• We will NOT accept cable and wireless phone bills

 

For those under the age of 18:

• School ID Card- if applicable

• Report Card

 

Deviations from these requirements will not be acceptable. Problems with registration items will be resolved by the facilities manager in a timely fashion.

Camp Scuffy

Begins February 1st

 

Ramapo Swim & Tennis, Golf, Tennis & Pool Passes

Begins March 13th

 

All Full Day & Half-Day Summer Camp Programs

Begins April 3rd

 

Hours:

March 8th – June 30th

Monday thru Friday      9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Wednesdays     9:30 am – 8:00 pm

 

July 1, 2006 and thereafter

Monday thru Friday      9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Refund Policy

FOR ID CARD – No refunds will be issued once a facility has opened for the season.  If you are eligible for a refund, your receipt and ID cards, if applicable, must accompany your refund request. You must request a refund in writing directly to Clark Recreation Center. All card refunds are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.

 

FOR PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES

• Full refunds/credits will be issued for classes cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department.

• Refunds/credits will be granted to individuals if it is prior to the start of class/activity minus a minimum $10.00 service fee.

• Refunds submitted after class/activity has started will only be issued with documented medical reason.

• Refunds will not be granted after class/activity has been completed.

• All requests for refunds/credits must be submitted in writing to the Parks and Recreation Department.
