Pools open June 16, 2007 and close September 3, 2007.

The hours for public swimming are as follows:*

            Monday - Friday          11:30 am - 8:00 pm

            Saturday & Sunday      11:00 am - 8:00 pm

* Beginning on August 20, 2007, the pools will close at 7:30 pm each night.

Staffing, weather and swimming conditions may warrant earlier closing times. Any changes in closing times may be verified at the pool at 6:00 pm.

ID CARDS:

To receive resident rates, residents must purchase an ID card. Understanding that individual use of the pools will vary by household, we have come up with two payment options.

The fee schedules for Options A and B are as follows:

OPTION A:

Purchase a Daily Rate ID Card for $25. 00 and then pay:

            Youth 2 – 17  years                  $3.00 each visit

            Adult 18 years – 59 years         $5.00 each visit

OPTION B:

Purchase a Seasonal ID Card with no daily fees for:

            Youth 2 – 17 years                   $  70.00

            Adult 18 years – 59 years         $110.00

            Family Pass*                           $400.00

*A family is defined as two adults and up to 4 children (under 23 years of age) in the same household.

NON-ID CARD RATES:

Without an ID card rates for pool admission are as follows:

Daily Fees:

            Youth 2 - 17 years                               $7.00

            Adult 18 years and over                        $9.00

SPECIAL NOTE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS:

Residents 60 years and over are entitled to FREE admission to the pools at all times by displaying a Town of Ramapo Senior Citizen Card. Senior Citizen Cards can be obtained at Clark Recreation Center.

REFUND POLICY      

Once a patron has entered the pool area, there will be no refunds issued.

NOISE POLLUTION

Since it is our policy to ensure the peace and tranquility of all residents using the Town pools, we have instituted a noise pollution decree. Therefore, radios with external speakers are NOT permitted in the pool area.
