• What are the system requirements?

• PC running Windows 98 or better (not Macintosh compatible)
• 56kbps modem connection or better
• The latest version of Windows Media Player
• Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape 6+
• Vbrick plugin (you may be prompted to download if not already present)



• Do I have to download the Vbrick plugin?

Yes, if prompted to download the Vbrick plugin, it is necessary to view video content in the Town of Ramapo portal.

• Why do the videos take so long to load?

Lengthy downloads may be due to slower internet connections or high levels of site traffic.

• I have done everything I am required to do, but I still can't watch the video. Why?

Inability to watch the videos despite following all directions correctly may be due to blockage by one of the following:

• anti-virus software
• firewall
• router

To troubleshoot, try disabling one or all of these and attempt to view the video again.

• I have tried all of the steps above, and I still can't view the videos. What do I do?
